1. Eligibility for Returns
- Our online Live trainings are eligible for returns before 2nd Session after purchase, provided that less than 15% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
- Live Training that have been exceeds 2nd Complete Session or completed beyond the 15% threshold are not eligible for returns.
- Any downloadable materials provided with the Training must not have been downloaded or accessed to qualify for a return.
- Services Full Amount can be refunded within 7 days after purchasing. After 7 days, 25% of the Full Amount should be refunded Within 25 Days. No Refund After 30 Days from the Purchase of Service.
- The Duration of the Service will be Finished once your Sales has been started on Amazon, But Mentorship Support will be continued till Lifetime.
2. Initiate a Return
- To request a return, please contact our customer support team at team@syedmentorship.com within the eligible return period.
- Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will assess your request and guide you through the return process.
- Once you applied for Refund, your Mentorship Benefits and Access to Video Recording has been Revoked completely.
- The Training Session Must be Completed within the Time frame of 30-60 Days after the purchase. If the Student do not appear OR absent OR unreachable during the time frame, the training will finished and No Classes will be provided after the Time Frame but they shall continue with Lifetime Support through WhatsApp.
3. Refund Processing
- Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be processed for the amount paid for the course, minus any applicable fees or charges.
4. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for those who don't want to Join any ongoing sessions. If you wish to enroll in a next batch training, please request through WhatsApp Support (+44 7476 851609)
